  • API Usage: Bloomiro utilizes Google’s APIs (such as Search Console API and Indexing API) to fetch data and submit requests. By using these features, you acknowledge that your use is also governed by Google’s Terms of Service.
  • Independent Entity: Bloomiro is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • The accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all local and international laws.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • AI Accuracy: Bloomiro utilizes artificial intelligence. AI models can occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or biased information ("hallucinations"). You should verify all AI-generated advice before implementation.
  • No Guarantees: While Bloomiro provides data-driven insights, SEO and AEO are subject to third-party algorithm changes (e.g., Google, Perplexity, OpenAI). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.
  • "As Is" Basis: The platform is provided "as is." Bloomiro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform to adapt to the evolving digital landscape. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bloomiro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
